I need to make a page 21 x 14, it works alright until i put on 'Page Preview'
where it shows only part of the page. i need to know if it has to be like
that, if i print it will come as it seems?

i want to know this because i need to make a project then take it somewhere
else to print it (because i dont have that size printer)

In order to do this properly (including getting a correct view in Print
Preview), you will need to install the driver for the printer on which it
will ultimately be printed and select that driver while creating the
document.
