I am converting a document template from WordPerfect to MSWord. The source
document has "run-in" headings. These are headings that are embedded in the
front of the paragraph, as in -

Heading 4. Text for the paragraph to be referred to by Heading 4.

Does anyone know of a nice technique to get this kind of effect?
