Default Newsletter printing

Using a Microsoft template, to print 4 pg newsletter duplexed, how do you get
pages in the correct position. Using 11x17 paper, the front side should have
page 4 to the left and page 1 to the right. On the opposite of the paper,
page 2 should be to the left and page 3 to the right. How do you move the
pages around in Word?

If you have Word 2002 or above, use "Book fold." Otherwise, if it's just
four pages, I'd just lay it out in columns, starting with pages 2 and 3 and
continuing with 4 and 1. Or see
