Default Creating labels

I have set up the label sizes I want (21 per sheet). I have an old file with
about 200 addresses at 14 per sheet. I want to copy from the old file to the
new one but only the first sheet copies over. When creating the original file
a continuation sheet came up automatically. How will a continuation sheet
come up in the new file so that I can copy/paste all the old addresses in one
action?
