How do I save labels so that I don't have to retype them every ti.

Click on the new document button to add the labels to a document and save
that. Also see "Convert Labels into Mail Merge Data File" on fellow MVP Graham Mayor's website at: http://www.gmayor.com/convert_labels...mail_merge.htm -- Please respond to the Newsgroup for the benefit of others who may be interested.
