Default How do you set up a short cut to type repetitive words in 2003

I am used to WPerfect. You type the word you want, call it whatever you want
and then save it. When you want to retrieve that word in a document you use
a key and how many letters you entered....then the word is delivered to your
document.....it saves on repetitous writing!!

Thanks!

Investigate autotext, autocorrect and INCLUDETEXT fields - all are
described in Word help and each can be used to insert anything from a single
formatted character via a word to several pages of text and graphics.
