Default How do I undo an autocorrect I created?

I managed to set Word 2007 to make a symbol every time I hit the up arrow,
and I need it to stop! How do I fix this?

Word Options Customize Keyboard Shortcuts Customize Categories (All
Commands) Commands (LineUp) - reassign the up arrow shortcut key to that
command.
