Word 2003 shows track changes in sent document
In Word 2003, when I create a document with track changes turned on, turn off
markup so they don't show, save the document, and send it to someone, the changes show when the recipient opens the document. For most people this is very confusing. I want changes to show ONLY when the recipient turns on markup. |

If you don't want the recipient to see your changes, you MUST either ACCEPT or REJECT all of them. If you want to keep the changes for yourself, make a copy of the document first, and then accept or reject the changes only in the copy that you'll be sending out.
