We're running office 2003 SP1 and user word as our email editor in outlook.
sometimes when you open word attachments your toolbars get saved in word with
(presumably) the toolbars that the person who originally created the
attachment had. In every case I've seen the Standard toolbar gets replaced
with the Email toolbar and other toolbars come and go.

Is there some way of setting the word toolbars so that they don't change?
