I want to set up a address, phone #, email, birthday list for my family and
then email the list to them. How do I do this? |

Create a table with sufficient columns for the bits of information. They can
then use the table as a data source for mail merge. I would create a 5-column table in Word. The first row is Name, Address,
Phone...etc. The second row is your information, the third row is the next person, and so on.
