I'm using Avery # 5351 labels...They measure 1 x 2 13/16.......3 columns; 11
rows...My problem is:.....At the bottom row (#11), only the first 2 lines of
information print---the last line (city, state, zip) do not print.....
Therefore, I've been improvising by leaving row #11 blank......How do I get
row #11 to print all 3 lines of information.....??

.......Also-----I can't find on this website where I can change/up-date my
Signature....
Thanx

The user profile button certainly doesn't stand out on the web page. It's
the little card icon on the upper right, between Sign Out and Help.

Sorry, can't help on the printing issue.

It sounds very likely that the last line on the last row of your labels is
within the unprintable area of your printer. Although Avery allows a
half-inch margin at the bottom, some inkjet printers require more.

You can easily determine the unprintable area for a given printer. With that
printer selected as the active Word printer, in a new Blank Document (based
on Normal.dot), go to File | Page Setup and change all the margins to 0".
When you click OK, Word will tell you that "one or more" of the margins are
outside the printable area and offer to fix them for you. Accept the offer
and note what margins Word sets. Those are your minimums. You can now click
Cancel instead of OK to retain Word's default margins.

The reason you don't get an error message on labels is that Word somehow
suppresses the message as part of its label feature.
