Autotext
My new auto text entries are not permanent. They will move from document to
document, but once Word is closed, the new auto text entries are gone. I am using Microsoft Word 2000. |

Just a guess:
When closing Word, are you getting a prompt asking if you want to save the changes to Normal.dot? If you do, are you saying Yes? If you say No, the Autotext entries, which are part of the template, will not be saved. "golfergal" wrote: My new auto text entries are not permanent. If you have Acrobat 7 installed, Normal.dot isn't getting saved when you
quit Word. See the last section of http://www.gmayor.com/lose_that_adob...at_toolbar.htm -- Suzanne S.
