Using Word docs with macros as objects in client software
I would like to be able to use a Word doc that contains macros, controls and
that exposes properties that can be used by a client application. The idea would be to treat these docs as objects and place them in a collection. This collection would then be persisted in a database. I am having trouble instantiating the doc in the client app. Can this be done, or do I have to do everything from within the doc macros without using a client? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! -- I am constantly amazed that anything ever works at all. |
