Default hyperlink format

I am using Word 2003. I have always had the hypelink autoformating on so they
show up blue. Yesterday, they started showing up with the following format
in Word.

{HYPERLINK "http://www.microsoft.com"}

The hyperlinks appear correct, in the print preview, as well as Outlook,
which uses word as the editor.

How do I change the preferences to auto display of hyperlinks as blue and
underlined?

Dave

Press Alt+F9 to restore field results instead of field codes (which is what
you see now).
