I have two users that have lost work because Word did not prompt them to
save when they closed documents. Does anybody know how this can happen?

TIA.

Default No Save Prompt

Hi AlRock,

save when they closed documents. Does anybody know how this can happen?

there have been some macro viruses that cause this behavior. Done a full
