Default How can i repeat field results through the content of a letter

I am trying to create a letter containing fields that when completed they
will fill in throughout the letter so that you only need to complete them
once. i.e a school letter where the childs name is repeated throughout and
differs child to child but the context is the same. To only have to type the
childs name once in a field and it fill through the letter in marked spaces.
