You might want to try asking this in the
word.international.features group, since you haven't gotten a
response here. (Most readers of this group probably don't
know what a "bindu" is - I know I don't :-))

A "bindu" is a dot on certain Hindi alphabets ... e.g. the dot on the
letter "i" is a bindu. ;-)
