Email Merge Word 2007 - How can I prevent themedata.thmx attachmen
I used Word 2007 email merge to send out my publisher designed, then saved as
a jpg, then inserted into the mail document. When I send it out for testing it goes to company outlook recipients just fine, but when it's sent to online email accounts like Yahoo the recipient gets an attachment titled: themedata.thmx and some code at the the bottom of email. Can you tell me how to eliminate that? Kind regards, Nancy |

Email Merge Word 2007 - How can I prevent themedata.thmx attachmen
Sounds like it is either being identified as spam or a mass mailing and thus
being blocked. If it works to Outlook clients, it suggests that you email is fine. What happens if you send it as a single email to a Yahoo account? Have you tried sending it to a Hotmail account to see if that is the same? -- Terry Farrell - MSWord MVP "Nancy Smith" wrote in message ...
