Hi,
Can someone tell me how to add a vertical line using word 2007. When I am
Home, and go to icon with Inside Vertical line, nothing is happening. I want
to draw a line down the middle of page - not insert a chart. Thank you very
much

Go to insert ribbon shapes lines. Draw your line.

Also, if you're inserting two columns there is an option for getting a
line between them when you are defining the columns (it's a checkbox
in the Word 2003 dialog below the OK button).

Try Insert/Shapes/Line. Draw the line where you want it.
