Default Keep text with picture

I use styles.

Can I create a style that keeps the picture with its heading. Note the
heading is s field code necessary for the generation of a TOC.

Thanks

If the picture is "In line with text" you should be able to use "Keep with
next" formatting (Paragraph dialog box) for your heading paragraph.

Unless the "heading" is a caption below the picture, in which case "Keep
with next" needs to be applied to the picture instead.
