Close Word.
Open windows explorer In \documents and settings\your name\application data\microsoft\templates Delete the normal.dot file Restart word and try again. Hope this helps, -- Brian McCaffery "Help me" wrote: Can you solve this error ? |

If you are going to replace normal.dot RENAME it rather than delete it so as
