Default Mail Merge Labels (Word 2007) w/ Excel (2007)

I have created a data source in Excel 2007 with addresses. When I mail merge
to create address labels in Word 2007, my ZipCodes are NOT appearing
correctly. The zip codes all begin with "O" and when I merge it's dropping
the "O." In Excel I have formated the column as ZipCode (not the the 9 digit
zipcode). In Excel I see the "0," BUT when I look up in the forumla bar the
"0" doesn't appear.

Any suggestions how to solve this would be greatly appreciated.
