Default Local security problem

My pupils have no access to the local drive, but if they go to Word, Insert
, Picture, From File, the next screen allows them to browse all the local
drives and if they change the 'Files of Type' to All Files, they can read
anything on the local machine. Is there any way of restricting this to only
allow browsing for pictures from their own home folders or any designated
file?
Many thanks

Hi ?B?RWJyZXl2aWxsZQ==?=,

Try asking this in the word.setup.networking newsgroup. Theoretically, you
might be able to do something using a macro. But it would probably be more
secure if you could set a key, somewhere.
