Default Word Forms

I have a user that created a form in Word that will not enable her to enter
data into a message box without having to unlock the box. We had this user
send the document as a html form & this fixed this issue, but the other
fields in the document were not open to enter data.

Please advise,

TB

What you are talking about is what Word calls an "online form." Check this
in help. For more about online forms, follow the links at
http://addbalance.com/word/wordwebresources.htm#Forms or
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customizat...nTheBlanks.htm especially Dian
Chapman's series of articles.

Hope this helps,
