Many individuals, organisations, and mail servers will bounce messages with
attachments of a certain size or type (or all attachments) so there may be nothing you can do. You could start by using a fiile compression program such as WinZip/WinRAR etc which would shrink the file to a more manageable size and a format less likely to be bounced. Or you could use file exchange in Windows Messanger provided you arranged it with the recipient first. This will handle much larger files. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org Dudley's Corp wrote: i am having trouble sending a 2mb email. the system administrator says the email is undeliverable. however i can recieve emails as large as 7m. can i increase the size of email to be sent? or is there anything else i can do? |
