Default Missing header in form letters

Hello,

I have created a mail merge operation from MSAccess by using a Word form
letter as the merge document.
Access outputs the merge data as a text file, then it sets the text file as
data source of the merge document.
The merge operation works fine, but the letterhead, which is stored in the
header of the merge, does not show up in the form letters.
I have tried to find if there is a setting that controls the visibility of
the header, but so far no luck.

Any help would be appreciated.
Ragnar

Is it missing when you print? If only missing on the screen:

Tools Options View (tab)

Check "White space between pages" in the Print and Web Layout Options
section.

You can turn this off (or on) with an errant mouse click on your screen but
it is easier to turn off that way than it is to turn it back on. If you go
to the gray area between pages with your pointer, it will turn into a couple
of white blocks, one over the other. The tool tip is "Hide white space" or
"Show white space." See http://sbarnhill.mvps.org/WordFAQs/WhiteSpace.htm.

Thank you Charles,

It turned out the header wasn't missing, I had two copies of the same
document and was looking at the wrong copy (:-)).
But thank you for the links, they will probably come in handy at some point.
The MPV site looks like a good one.
