Expand text form field in dropdown box to allow more text
I have dropdown boxes in a Word template document. Default appears to allow
about 20 characters. Is there a way to expand the amount of text in the form field? Thanks. |

Expand text form field in dropdown box to allow more text
Dropdown form fields have limits of 25 items and 50 characters per
item. You shouldn't be limited to 20 characters. But if you need more in either direction, you'll have to use some other mechanism. See http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=306258 for a suggestion. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org Email cannot be acknowledged; please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup so all may benefit.
