Default Create Index

Is there a way with Word 2003 that I can generate an index for every word in
the document? I want to create a page or pages that will list all the words
in the documents and what page they are on. Thanks.

Unless you truly want to create a concordance of the document, you really
don't want to do this; it would be useless as an index. See
