mail merge address book
Is there a address book other than "Outlook, outlook express" I can use
with word. Do not want to buy an application just to use word's mail merge or print envelope. Thanks in advance. |

What version of Word and WIndows are you using and what email program?
You can create an address merge list in a Word table, in an Excel spreadsheet, from a database... ============= "dba" wrote in message ... Mail merge can use a variety of data formats of which a Word table is

XP Home and Word 2000 and Word 2007.

I don't fully understand. Can I create a database with Name, address1,

a data file for mail merge looks like in Word Word can work with many database formats, but only for mail merge.
