Default adding autotext to quicklink toolbar and editing in word 2007?

Found following and added "auto text" to quick link toolbar but now i don't
know how to edit and put in what i want? Don't undestand what below means?:
"Note The Ribbon is part of the Microsoft Office Fluent user interface."

The AutoText feature is incorporated as a gallery into the expanded
capabilities provided by the Quick Parts feature (Document Parts, Building
Blocks) in Microsoft Office Word 2007.

Tip You can add the AutoText command to the Quick Access Toolbar by doing
the following: Click the Microsoft Office Button , and then click Word
Options. Click Customize. Click Commands Not in the Ribbon in the Choose
commands from list, click AutoText, and then click Add.

Note The Ribbon is part of the Microsoft Office Fluent user interface.

Find links to more information about features that provide similar
functionality in the See Also section.

There are two ways to add entries to the AutoText gallery (the thing that drops
down when you click the AutoText button that you put on the Quick Access
Toolbar).

For either method, first type or insert the material you want in the entry, and
select it.

Then do one of the following:

- Click the AutoText button on the Quick Access Toolbar, and then click the
"Save Selection to AutoText Gallery" line at the bottom of the dropdown.

OR

- Press Alt+F3 (the same shortcut that made AutoText entries in previous
versions).

Either way opens the same Create New Building Block dialog. Enter a name for the
entry. If you used the first method, the Gallery box will already say
"AutoText". If you used the second method, that box will say "Quick Parts", and
you'll have to change it to "AutoText" to get the entry on the button gallery.
You can also choose where to save the entry, by default in the Building
Blocks.dotx template.

When you exit Word, you may be prompted whether to save changes to the Building
Blocks.dotx template. If you say no, they'll vaporize; say yes to keep them for
later sessions.

The "Note" that you quoted really doesn't mean anything -- it's Microsoft
marketing gobbledygook. "Microsoft Office Fluent user interface" is their
made-up name for the whole new collection of ribbons, buttons, etc. as opposed
to the menus and toolbars of previous versions.
