Default Temporary Internet Files

A word document was sent to me, changes were made and I just clicked the save
button without seeing where it was saved. When I open files from e-mail they
are sent to a "Temporary Internet File." I'm guessing it was saved to this
file. Being temporary the file is no longer there. Is there any way
possible to recover this file? Please help!

Try the procedure at http://www.gmayor.com/outlook_attachments.htm. If it works,
you'll have the document back; if not, you haven't lost anything that wasn't
already gone.
