Default 30 Label sheet setup?

I'm trying to setup a word document for 30 file folder labels (2/3 in. x 3
7/16 in.) how would I seet this up in Microsoft excel to where it fits every
sticker perfectly?

You're trying to create a Word document in Excel? Excuse me, but that's what
it sounds like from your post. Are you trying to create a mail merge data
source in Excel?

If you're just trying to create the file folder labels in Word, go to Tools
| Letters and Mailings | Labels | Options and select Avery standard: 5066 -
File Folder. Click OK, then New Document. This will give you a sheet of
labels that you can type in. They're set up as a table, so be sure you have
the table gridlines displayed (Table | Show Gridlines) so you can see the
label boundaries.
