Default MS Office97 Compatability

I have an installation of Office97 in Windows XP Home. The MS Word component
does not allow access to the Spell Check function when NON-Admin users open
the Application. The same user has no problem when their account has been
set to Administrator level. How can a user be set to a LIMITED account, and
use all Word 97 functions? This is not a problem with Windows 2000 Pro.
