Default How do I format incoming data in mail merge?

Excell calculates data to the last decimal place, but I only want the first
few decimal places for my mail merge document. How do I format the data so
that my mail merge document limits the decimal places or includes the
formatting that Excell uses?

I'm sure this question has been asked and answered a gazillion times 'cause
it's a well-known issue. Did you try a search? Try to do that first to save
yourself some time. Here's my article that covers it.
