All caps already typed. Can you change without retyping?
A friend of mine typed a feature/story in all caps. (Don't ask me why.) It
has to be in regular case with Caps and lower case like a newpaper story. Does anyone know of a trick? |

But, be prepared to do a LOT of cleanup for proper names and other nuances.

True - but it's miles ahead of retyping.

Yep. If the article is long and has a lot of recurring proper names, some
time can be saved by doing a find and replace on each one they come to. Some others likely will be flagged by the proofing tools as incorrect spellings... another way to save some cleanup time. -- Herb Tyson MS MVP http://www.herbtyson.com Please respond in the newsgroups so everyone can follow along. Format | Change Case and select "Sentence case." Then go through and
capitalize any words within the sentences that need to be capitalized and lowercase any words following abbreviations that have been capitalized as the beginning of a sentence. -- Suzanne S.
