Merged E-Mail Message Won't Send
I have Office 2002. After successfully bringing in email addresses from an
Excel column and setting up the merge with the Wizard, I go to final step: Merge to E-Mail. Using HTML does absolutely nothing. If I choose Plain Text, first I get: A program's trying to access email addresses you have stored in Outlook. Do you want to allow this? When I say yes, I am told feature is unsupported. How do I get program to send my mass email? |

More specifically, I get message: "Word could not load the e-mail envelope.
This could be caused by a network connection problem or a problem with your office installation." "Mark" wrote: I have Office 2002. What version of Outlook do you have? If you have Outlook 2003, you will not
be able to do this with Word 2002. -- Hope this helps. Please reply to the newsgroup unless you wish to avail yourself of my services on a paid consulting basis.
