Default mail merge question

I want to use mail merge to be able to create package labels. I am using
excel as my data source. I want to be able to enter in my data source that
there are a certain number of packages in this shipment and have it generate
that number of labels when I merge. Is there any way to do this?

For example, I want to be able to enter that there are 3 cartons and then
generate 3 labels with all the specific information, as well as a line that
says this is package 1 of 3 and 2 of 3 and 3 of 3.

May be I should try a different process for creating these labels?

Default mail merge question

If you go to google grops ( http://groups.google.com ) and search for
RepeatMailngLabels you should find a short discussion where someone posted
some code to do this.

Otherwise, do you also have Access?
