Default Modify an existing template

I have a company wide custom Word template that has in it a option for
letterhead with the attorney's name. This template was created a few
years ago but not by me. I have to modify this letterhead template to
reflect several staff changes.

I for the life of me cannot seem to figure out to do basic editing of
this template to reflect the staff changes. Unfortunately I am not a
Word expert hence my post here. Seems to me I may be missing a
particular option or something.
