This forum deals with the *use* of MS Word, not content of the documents you
produce. Where you might find such a document I'm not sure - you might try
Google or one of the other search engines.

I truly don't mean to be critical, but if you can't create a letter which is
"non-threatening" perhaps you might consider something other than a career
that involves public contact.
