Some customers are more impressed by the prices of a restaurant that
isn't adding the cost of expensive publishing software to the food. this
is especially true about carry out and over the counter served in pie
tins, foam plates or clam shells.

What's so hard about a multi-column page with graphics inserted in a few
text frames? If you want the menus to fold like a booklet or like a
brochure you might have to forgo the main text field automatically
flowing from column to column.
