Default How to stop CNA from being auto changed to CAN?

I looked up and tried the option in help that you can specify a preferred
spelling for a word, but it doesn't work. In Word, whenever I type CNA - it
automatically changes it to CAN. How can I add this to my dictionary?

The feature which changes cna to can is called AutoCorrect. Note that
you can press Ctrl+Z to undo this modification.

On the other hand, if you want to permanently get rid of this
AutoCorrect entry, do the following: On the Tools menu, click
AutoCorrect Options. Click the AutoCorrect tab. Find the "cna" entry,
select it and click Delete. Click OK to close the dialog box.
