Hi, I have a document that opens at 51%. I can change it to 100% and save it
again, but the next time I open it, it's at 51% again. How can I get it to
open at 100%?

Yes I am making other changes. Also, I don't know if this helps, but I don't
have the problem with documents I create. It happens with some documents
that other people create and email to me.
