Default automated search file for real estate records via multiple website

my profession is land surveying, not programming computers. i need a little
help.
i am tring to create, or BUY software which will assist me in researching
land records from public websites. I would like to be able to setup my job
files by accessing our local GIS website, copy and paste the tax assessment
card onto excel or word format, which copies the values from the deed book
and page field and pastes it into the DB & p fields on our wilson county
register of deed website. retrieve and save the documents, ( TIFF IMAGES),
INTO SUBFILES PER LAND OWNER AND ADJOINER. ASSUMING THE RECORDS ARE NOT so
old, they haven't been scanned in. i would also like to be able to run a
macro which repeats this procedure for the adjoining properties, prompted by
a dialog box asking the user to select all pertinate adjoiners, recording the
approximate location of the selected properties in relation to the displayed
map. saving the records in subfiles as icons and the map which is then placed
as a background in a frame with the subfiles stamped in the frame relative to
their selected positions. the masterfile then prints the documents stamped
with the subfolder name, (map & parcel numbers), as footer. THATS THE EASY
PART , footing it in the hills of Tennessee, and the part i enjoy. surveying
property!
i would also like a report reflecting the current deeds of record that were
not availabe on the web because of their age, and REQUIRES the missing
documents to be scaned into its appropriate files before it will allow final
plats or legal descriptions to be printed.
Through the research performed, the word.doc should also be able to produce
a worksheet , displaying the map with the property owners name, map & parcel
number, and deed book & page number for all files. This would be an aid in
producing the final plat by cut and paste. I COULD KEEP GOING. A SOFTWARE
LIKE THIS would be a HUGE TIME SAVER for LAND SURVEYORS, TITLE COMPANIES,
INVESTORS, ENGINEERS, AND THE DAMN LAWYERS.

SOMEBODY GET ME OUT OF MY OFFICE.

You are more likely to find what you are looking for if you Google for Real
Estate Software
