Default Filter & Sort icon shortcut on mail merge toolbar for Mail Mer Rec

Is there a way to customize my mail merge tool bar by adding an icon/shortcut
button for the Filter & Sort found under the Advanced section of Mail Merge
Recipients? I haven't found any in the choices under
ToolsCustomizeCommands.

You can try Tools|Customize|Toolbars, select Category All Commands and
locate and use MailMergeQueryOptions. However, although it looks much the
same as the normal dialog, in my experience it does not always behave the
same way (I think the code that Word uses to "drive" this box is probably
the old code from Word 2000).

Peter,

Thank you. This is exactly what I was looking for. Although I had to look
a little hard at your isntructions because I couldn't find the category "All
Commands" under the Toolbars tab in Tools|Customize|Toolbars. It was under
Tools|Customize|Commands. Thanks again!
