George,

If you are using Word for both your main doc and your data source, go
to the data source document. Add borders so that you can see the cells
of the table. The second row will have one less column than the first.
Use the menu at the top (not the shortcut menu) and insert a column to
the right of the last cell in the row. Save. The error should be gone.
