Default How do I format clipboard

Is there a way to move the clip board task pane to other locations on the
screen, other than the one only on the right hand side. Also, is it possible
to control the vertical size of the pane?

Thanx.

The Task Pane can be undocked and moved to any floating location and resized
to any size you want just by pulling the handles. However, when it is docked
(on any side you want), it will stretch to full length (or width) and only
the depth can be adjusted.
