Default Headers & footers

Heades & Footers are greyed out in doc and I cannot make changes. This is
probably designed intentionally but is there a way around it?

Default Headers & footers

Double click the header area (or view header and footer) to edit them.
There is nothing you can do about the greyed out nature of the
header/footer.

Default Headers & footers

Are you saying that you cannot access View | Header and Footer to
activate the header/footer area? If so, the document could be
protected for forms. Try Tools | Unprotect Document.
