insert macro button on word document
I have created a macro that will choose a specific printer on our network. I
want to add that button ON the document NOT in the toolbar. I just need to have a button at the bottom of my document that says "printername" but wont show up on the printed page. please help |

The easiest way is to create a custom toolbar in your document (which can be
floating) and attach your macro to that toolbar. You can actually put a button in a particular place in your document, but that takes special effort to keep it from printing. -- Charles Kenyon Word New User FAQ & Web Directory: http://addbalance.com/word Intermediate User's Guide to Microsoft Word (supplemented version of Microsoft's Legal Users' Guide) http://addbalance.com/usersguide See also the MVP FAQ: http://www.mvps.org/word which is awesome! --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- This message is posted to a newsgroup.
