Default How do I get the computer to read out loud a word document?

I would like to have the computer read to me, documents that I have created,
or even e-mail that I have received. How can I do this?

Download Primo PDF. Convert all of your files to .pdfs. Let Adobe Reader
read them to you.
(I'm sure there are other ways.)
