Default How do I change the picture on a ribbon/toolbar button in 2007 app

In the 2003 applications (Word, specifically), I was able to change the
appearance of toolbar buttons by right-clicking and choosing "change picture
on button."

Can I do this in the 2007 version?
If so, how?

I've found the group of pre-loaded images for buttons, but want to be able
to create my own bitmap for the button display.

You'll need to learn to use RibbonUI.
